I'm glad you're here! It takes a lot of courage to seek out support! I commend you for that brave step you're taking in your healing journey. Let me tell you a little bit more about me.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2009, and I graduated in 2013 from Loyola Marymount University with my Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy with a specialization in Clinical Art Therapy. I’m now practicing out of the state of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT#100738) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATCB #16-229) I have over 10 years of experience treating clients who are struggling to cope with trauma, traumatic grief/loss, anxiety and depression. I'm a EMDR trained therapist (via the Rivers Edge Institute), and I'm more than happy to explore this treatment modality with you if you're interested. I also have a passion for mothers who have experienced pregnancy loss, recurrent pregnancy losses, explained or unexplained infertility, or issues surrounding adjusting to their identity as a mother. I'm trained as a Perinatal Mental Health therapist (via Postpartum Support International), and I'm working towards full certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. Whether you're working through childhood trauma, grief of any kind, or troubles with pregnancy or motherhood, I hope to be of assistance to you as you move forward towards recovery.

I'm a devout believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe it is by His grace I'm able to do the wonderful work I do. It's truly my calling in this life and I'm grateful to be of service to Him and His people. If you choose to, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate Him in our work together.
